Emily Darling is a marine biologist and coral reef conservationist on a mission to get today's coral reefs through what she calls "the bottleneck of climate change" and onto the path to recovery. Coral reefs are essential to helping maintain the ocean's biodiversity, and their fisheries are also a source of food security and generate livelihoods for coastal communities that rely on their bounty.
